1 Service Coverage
Sangapac Anuwat publishes exercises for students to learn Khmer and mathematics and science via interactive learning tasks to strengthen knowledge of the subjects and develop critical thinking skills at the primary level. So far, we have only grades 1-3 contents. We keep updating on a regular basis. Soon we will have cover other grades in the coming years. We also add learning tasks as needed. For existing Khmer language learning tasks, we will also add a series of activities to make it more responsive to the needs of learners with different learning styles and abilities.
2 Registration for the service
Although our services are designed for children attending kindergarten or primary school, registration must be made through a parent, guardian or a teacher who is at least 18 years old. If necessary, we will contact users directly to ensure that children using our services get the consent and support of a parent, guardian or teacher. When registering, users must ensure that the information they use to register is true and complete. In case the Company doubts the accuracy and completeness of the information, the Company will contact the user ensure the completeness of the registration and smooth and enjoyable use of the website.
In order to use the website, users must have devices such as computers, smart phones or other electronic devices connected to the internet, which is the sole responsibility of the user.
3 User account information
User accounts consist of parent, guardian or teacher and child accounts. Parents or teachers must register to create an account before their child can register to create their own account. In one parent or guardian account, there can several children accounts. Parent account does not require payment. Each child account must be paid separately. In case of use of the same account by two users, the company is not responsible for any loss of use of the service. That is, parents will lose the opportunity to monitor each child whether they do something for how long and what result each child gets. Computers will treat all information as information of a single user, even if there is more than one user. One password is for one account. In the case of a class registration, every student and the teacher will use the same username and password to log in. After logging in the teacher and each student will require to sign with their individual password.
The duration of each account depends on the option the user chooses, such as three months, six months or a year. When the usage period expires, the user must purchase renew the payment to continue using it. Users will be notified when there is one week of remaining days.
The cost of use depends on the duration of use and the selection of content on the website. Money already paid is non-refundable.
4 Account Security
When a user registers, you must provide a username and password. You are responsible for the security of your account security by not sharing your password with anyone. In the case, of the class registration, only teacher of that class has access to the information of every student. No student in the same class has access to the others as each accounted is protected by an individual password.

As mentioned above, we update the website regularly. Therefore, there may be interruptions at any time when the user is using it. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
